Brennan Loh
Head of Business Development, Shopify

Brennan Loh is the Head of Business Development at Shopify. While a student at the University of Ottawa, Brennan co-founded Avitu, an online advertising platform with two software engineering students. In late 2010, while incubating at Shopify, Brennan and his co-founders left Avitu and joined Shopify full time. Brennan has a Bachelor's of Commerce from the University of Ottawa and has remained active in the local entrepreneurial community, speaking to and mentoring student entrepreneurs across Canada.

SingTel Digital Media Pte. Ltd and Shopify are the joint organisers of Ecommerce Meetup series of workshops in Singapore.

 

Ecommerce Meetup is a series of ecommerce-related workshops in Asia aimed at educating and empowering aspiring and existing entrepreneurs on how to succeed in e-commerce. A series of workshops ranging from from How to Start Your Online Store in a Day using Shopify to marketing your online store will be launched periodically.

Participants would be able to benefit from the wealth of experience from the speakers and learn tips and tricks to achieve ecommerce success in their business.  Ecommerce meet up also aims to foster a community of entrepreneurs and e-commerce enthusiasts to share insights and exchange ideas with one another.
