Description
This event is an AA event and due to seating capacity it is by ticket only.
Singapore AA is putting on this special event in the third quarter for those with a desire to stop drinking and open to those who wish to know more about how we recovered.
Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
The AA Mini Round Up program of events:
9:30am - 10:00am Light refreshments and seating
10:00am - 11:00am Opening meeting with a panel of three speakers on a topic chosen from Daily Reflections, then open for sharing
11:00am - 11:15am Refreshment and toilet break
11:15am - 12:30pm First speaker - Traditions Workshop (Open to Q & A)
12:30pm - 1:30pm Second speaker - Big Book (Open to Q & A)
1:30pm - 2:30pm Catered Lunch
2:30pm - 3:30pm Third speaker - Sponsorship and Service
3:30pm - 4:30pm Fourth speaker - Meditation, spirituality and a higher power
4:30pm - 5:30pm Closing meeting with panel of three speakers on a topic chosen from As Bill Sees It, then open for sharing

The aim of this event is to help alcoholics stay sober, improve on their quality of recovery and learn more about the program of action outlined in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
