Leng Hoe Lon joined Tudor Capital Singapore, part of Tudor Investment Corp, a global macro hedge fund, in September 2011. He was a portfolio manager focusing on discretionary macro trading. He was appointed CEO of TCS from January 2013 to October 2015.
Prior to joining Tudor, he was a Managing Director in Goldman Sach's Asia Macro Trading group in Hong Kong (2010-2011) and Asian FX trading in London (2007-2010). He was a trader at ABN Amro Bank in Singapore (2004-2007), at JPMorgan in Singapore (2003-2004), and held several other positions at Deutsche Bank in London and Singapore (1997-2003). Hoe Lon holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick (1997).
Phan Vee Leung joined Morgan Stanley to help build their Asian currency and interest rates franchise in 2010. In his role as Head of Asian ex-Japan offshore non-deliverable currency and interest rates, Morgan Stanley became one of the thought leaders in risk sharing and pricing within the Asian Ex-Japan space. From 2008 to 2010, he headed the Cross Markets trading team in Deutsche Singapore. In 2003, together with a few partners, he founded NorOdin Investment Management LP, a hedge fund specializing in global macro trading with peak assets of 1.2billion USD. His trading career started with Chase Manhattan Bank (later JPMorgan Chase) London in 1997, with postings in the offices of JPMorgan in Singapore, Seoul and New York as well.
