Groundwork Collective Workshops

Groundworkare an artist-led collaborative, providing training and development opportunities for dancers, movers and makers. This includes:Morning Class– professional-level dance classes running second week of every month, Wednesday to Friday at venues across Cardiff with guest teachers of the highest calibre. £12 per week (3 classes) or £5 per class drop in.Ground Hub Events– curated to facilitate skill development, broaden artistic perspectives and support exchanges these will include workshops, discussions and networking events.Ground Space– we have a weekly open and bookable shared studio time for development of personal practice, exchange of skills and sharing of ideas, a space to explore and refresh. We also facilitate teacher development and offer open surgeries - opportunities to talk with the Groundwork team and ask advice.Residencies-paid and unpaidstudio residency opportunities throughout the year.This programme is further supported by anaccess fund,offering childcare costs and travel expenses to enable Wales-based practitioners from outside of Cardiff to attend these opportunities.www.groundworkpro.com
