Homesteads for Hope, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in May of 2013. Homesteads offers a unique Community Farm experience that will promote skills training, socialization, self-awareness and career exploration on an organically practiced farm; offering effortless inclusion with its many collaborations within the greater community.  As the demand for inclusive community services continues to rise particularly for young adults, Homesteads for Hope’s mission is to provide high quality service to people of all abilities. The Foundation stands at the cusp of a challenging and exciting time as we have officially closed on the forever homestead, a 55 acre one of a kind property on the Erie canal.
