COVID has marked 2020 with change & instability. To support you, this grounding and stabilising 10 week yoga journey has been designed to help you gain clarity, courage, direction from the ancient wisdom from Yoga philosophy (Yamas & Niyamas) so you can live, work and feel your best. After this program you will:
- Acquire knowledge of Yoga philosophy (Yamas & Niyamas) & apply them so you can live, work and feel your best
- Cultivate your best body and mind through regular weekly home practice that supports you through difficult times and situations
- Gain clarity and direction through self-reflection
- Build discipline, care and compassion for yourself through self-care
What are the Yamas & Niyamas?
The yamas and niyamas are the first two limbs of the eight-limbed path, which is a step-by-step path towards the realization of yoga, as described in the 'Yoga Sutras of Patanjali'. They are the most concrete places to start, as they relate directly to how you behave outwardly in the world and inwardly toward yourself.
Each week you will acquire wisdom from one of the Yamas & Niyamas. Your journey of reflection and change begins on 25 Nov and ends on the 27 Jan 2021

Every week for 10 weeks, in your email inbox you will receive:
- Weekly email check-ins containing: A weekly exercise for reflection or self-care activity to connect with the theme for that week
- 10 x 60 minute classes live streamed via zoom OR Access to video recording from each class for 1 week after if you cannot join live
Class is streamed live at the following times and is available as a recording afterwards (for 1 week after) if you cannot attend
