法鼓山新加坡，成立于1996年。成立的因缘源自一群对佛法有正信并秉持着弘扬佛法愿心的菩萨，以圣严法师 “提升人的品质，建设人间净土“为理念，同心协力，弘扬“中华禅法鼓宗”，推广“心灵环保”和禅修活动。法鼓山新加坡秉持创办人圣严法师创建法鼓山的理念、精神、方针和方法，奉献自己，成就社会，并以延续弘扬汉传禅佛教永住于世为使命。Dharma Drum Mountain Singapore was established since 1996. Moving meditation2. Two seated meditation sittings (25-30 min) with a short break between sitting3. Short dharma video

You will also have a role to play during this period to ensure your safety and the safety of the fellow practitioners. For hygiene purpose, please bring a towel to lay over meditation items, and a towel or shawl to protect against wind/cold.Base mat and meditation cushion will be provided. Please help clean and disinfect cushion cover after use.Registration is compulsory. Please register at least one day before the event.
