Please bring the following original documents to register:

1) Child's Baptismal certificate

2) Child's Birth certificate for verification

3) Both parent's NRIC for verification

3) Transfer letter (applicable for children transferring from other parishes)

4) Material fee of $15 (exact payment, no coins please) and/or

5) Catholic Youth Bible of $40 and/or

6) Secondary level Camp Fee of $25.

All the above must be presented at the catechetical office for successful registration. Originals are for sighting and verification purposes only.
