Create your own floral designs in pastel shades for mooncakes this year to welcome the Mid-Autumn Festival.

It is a compulsory dessert to have when celebrating with your family over dinner! Bask under the light of the full moon, sharing slices of mooncakes and under the glow of lanterns.

Celebrate this occasion with mooncakes with 2 special fillings - mango cream cheese and Oreo.

  • Demonstrate on cooking agar agar mixture
  • Use natural food coloring to create different florals and koi in different pastel shades
