About the Programme

This workshop is for participants aged 50 and above.

Combine your green thumb with 3D technology in this hands-on session. Learn how to create a customised flower pot using 3D design tools and watch your creation materialise with our 3D printers! Participants will be able to learn:•    How 3D printing can be used for hobbies and craft•    How to search for 3D designs that have been created by other people using websites such as Thingiverse•    How to model a simple 3D design in Tinkercad•    How to safely use and operate a Flashforge Dreamer 3D printer

This programme is suitable for beginners. No prior knowledge of 3D printing is needed to participate. Laptops will be provided for the workshop.
