Online Chair Yoga design for home practice. A perfect way to start work from home with a stretch

About this event

4 Sessions ONLINE Chair Yoga over zoom design to get a good stretch right from the comfort of home before we start our work from home day.

For 2 weeks in August, we practise 2 times each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays morning from 9-10am.

This is suitable for office workers who like to kick start the day with a gentle but deep stretch.

Organiser of 4 Sessions Online Chair Yoga (2 weeks)

Mekhala is an independent Singapore Sivananda Yoga Teacher and a student of Buddhism. She has been practising Sivananda Yoga since 2007 and Vipassana Meditation since 2009.

Mekhala follows the classical ways of conducting Yoga by emphasising on the importance of breathing and relaxation technique on top of the poses.

Mekhala combines science (Psychology) and Yoga to bring the best of both modern and traditional practice to her students.
