What should I wear during a sound bath?

Come in comfortable clothes that is not restrictive to allow you to feel relaxed. (Some of us love coming in our pyjamas)

An open mind, ready to relax and anything to help you get comfortable. (Pillows, eye masks, blankets) Yoga mats are provided. You may also want to bring your water but tea will be served at the end of the session. You are also welcome to bring your journal or writing materials for reflection.
