Ever wondered how to meditate? Or tried a style of meditation and it didn't work for your? Then this beginners guide maybe for you!
Get introduced to a new style each week. You will get to try a combination of breath awareness, guided visualization, singing bowl, mantra, metta(loving kindness), tratakam(candle gazing), chakra & walking meditation to see what works for you, so you can incorporate it into your regular practice.
