A taste of Belgian Culture in Singapore
A taste of Belgian culture in Singapore
Two of the best Belgian ensembles are visiting Singapore and playing at the Concert Hall of the School of the Arts, with the support of the DEME Group. After the success of the Belgian Saxophone Ensemble in October, we look forward to Incantevole in November!

‘Bel’canto with a Belgian touch
Soprano Elise Caluwaerts and pianist Kim Van den Brempt have formed an exceptional duo for a decade, evidenced by their first album “Nightfall” (2014) and the successful tour of Belgium and Luxembourg that followed it.
Elise and Kim have joined forces with renowned tenor Franco Farina for their project Incantevole, a remarkable Belcanto programme. As a specialist in the works of Verdi, Farina is the soloist par excellence to turn Incantevole into a unique experience. Incantevole sets the stage on fire with dramatic areas and passionate duets by composers such as Verdi, Bellini and Donizetti - and a very Belgian touch!
Students, senior citizens above 65 years of age and People's Association members receive a S$10 cashback at the door upon presentation of a paid ticket and, respectively, a valid student card, ID or People's Association PAcard.
