About Debbie Lee Lodge and June Goh
Debbie and June have strong passion for drama and have since accumulated years of stage and film experience. Both were trained under The Necessary Stage Theatre for Seniors Program and have undergone training in drama facilitation.
Debbie, a trainer in Communication Skills, is also a freelance actress for stage and film. She is in the cast of Tanglin (Channel 5 drama) and has appeared in some commercials such as Expedia and Texas Chicken. She hopes that through drama, seniors will discover hidden talents which will open up new doors for them. Her joviality and interactive teaching style will surely encourage one to participate.
June, in her late 50s, started exploring new ‘adventures’ after leaving the corporate world in 2007. In 2008, June started her acting stint with Theatre For Seniors (TFS), a sub-group supported by The Necessary Stage. To ensure continuity of the group, 20 of TFS members formed the Ageless Theatre in 2011, a non-profit drama interest group for seniors. For the past 5 years, Ageless Theatre has had 6 productions. Besides drama acting, June also participated in other forms of theatre works such as playback, playwriting and forum theatres.

U 3RD AGE
U 3RD Age (University of the Third Age) encourages senior citizens to seek meanings in their life, through lifelong learning and social networking. It is by sharing experiences and making friends – regardless of whether they are rich, highly educated, or had held high job positions – that happy and active ageing is achieved.
U 3RD Age is an environment where respect for life as a learning journey – making mistakes, missing opportunities, and learning to understand each other’s wisdom and cultural values. It is also the place where café conversations on health care, wealth creation, and spiritual development are held. It is such activities that contributed to one’s developmental learning.
