About the Programme/Event

Adaptive Resilience for Challenging Times, a Masterclass by Nadya Hutagalung explores tools you need to build up resilience for challenging times. Hear Nadya talk about how she lives life mindfully and pick up tips and recommended reads for your own journey. Participants will be referred to a relevant learning package with suitable library resources to further their learning after the masterclass.

Nadya Hutagalung is the Founder of We The Good and Advisor of The Contentment Foundation.

About the Series

This Masterclass Series is presented by National Reading Movement. The National Reading Movement was launched in 2016 and is a 5-year campaign by NLB to get people to "Read More, Read Wisely and Read Together".
