Event description

Description

This event is open to adults living with ADD/ADHD or who suspect they may.

This is a psycho-education workshop, as well as an opportunity to discuss with peers. Participants will develop an in-depth understanding of ADD/ADHD and its impact in adults. We will review therapeutic interventions and self-management approaches available for adults, including first strategies to enhance well-being and performance.

Facilitator: Annelaure Vuillermoz, psychotherapist and coach with Colourfully, has extensive experience in supporting adults with ADHD in Singapore. She shared this work at regional mental health conferences (APBAM 2015, Asian Congress on ADHD 2016).

Participants: A small group of four to eight participants typically attend the workshop, to allow everyone sufficient time for questions and sharing. To ensure this session remains a safe space, it is only open to adults who live with ADD/ADHD or suspect they may. Students, mental health professionals or relatives of people with ADD/ADHD are invited to write to hello@colourfully.sg about sessions suited to their needs and questions.

Follow up: After this introductory workshop, participants will be invited to join our monthly ADD/ADHD support group meetings and our online community.
