Adult Education (AE) Mentorship Plus – How You Can Benefit!

Launched in Jan 2017 as an IAL initiative to help Training & Adult Education (TAE) practitioners (who have completed ACTA/ACLP) gain authentic practice experience through working alongside with AE Mentors, who are established TAE professionals operating TAE related businesses. The AE Mentorship programme has been a popular pathway for the community to accumulate valuable practice experience much needed for better career prospects in the TAE sector.

To date, 99% of those who have undergone the AE Mentorship programme have positive reviews on the learning acquired through the mentorship experience. Beyond this, some outstanding ones have even managed to secure freelance employment with some AE Mentors.

As an ongoing commitment from IAL and our AE Mentors towards enhancing the quality of a Mentee’s learning under the mentorship experience, the AE Mentorship Plus (an upgrade from the current version) will be launched in the second quarter of 2021. Besides a more structured and focused learning experience, Mentees can look forward to a guaranteed allowance (terms and conditions apply) which helps defray costs of learning during the mentorship journey.
