About the Programme
Our body’s nutritional needs changes as we age. To supplement the growing need for a better diet, the range of food we consume needs to be more balanced than ever. Join us as we discover the purposes of different nutrients, their effects on us as we age, and how we can make our quality of life more robust in our golden years.

About the Speaker
Ms Claudine Loong is a lecturer from the Diploma in Food Science & Nutrition in Nanyang Polytechnic. She is a registered dietitian who graduated with a Bachelors in Nutrition & Dietetics, and was a registered member of Dietitians Australia. She previously worked at Singapore General Hospital. Her special interests lie in geriatrics medicine, eating disorders, and surgical and radiation oncology. She also organises community nutrition events to educate and empower members of the public on healthy eating and making informed food choices.
