Looking for ways to alleviate your stress, enhance your focus and to rise above the chaos of today's relentless grind? 

We bring to you an intro session that provides participants an opportunity to learn more about the transformational potential of a mindfulness discipline and the renowned 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program by Jon Kabat Zinn.

Equally relevant to seasoned meditators and newbies, the session will include instructor-led secular meditation exercises, Q&A, and an opportunity to learn from others in a group setting. All part of our ongoing efforts to cultivate a mindfulness community for one and all.

The Mindfulness Collective

The Mindfulness Collective (TMCSG) is a group of qualified MBSR teachers who have trained with Center for Mindfulness, University Massachusetts Medical School. The group’s vision is to support the practice of mindfulness in a grounded, professional and ethical way. We offer mindfulness training for individuals and organizations, including the standard 8 week MBSR program, as developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn.
