About the Workshop

Be inspired by Japanese Ikebana also known as "the way of flowers". Learn how to capture the movement and peculiarities of nature whilst curating your own floral art piece in your favorite vase! All floral material and tools will be provided e.g. secateurs, gloves, wire, ribbon.

Bring a container and we'll provide everything else :)

This workshop is suitable for first-timers, beginners, or even the well versed. Children under 10 years old are advised to be accompanied by an adult.

Workshop includes

  • Fundamentals of selecting and preparing flowers and foliage

  • Techniques for free form floral arrangements in a container

  • Learn basic design techniques for floral arrangements for the home

  • An afternoon choosing from our specially curated flower bar

About the Instructor

Part time flowershop girl and full time flora addict, a landscape architect by training Sundayposies picked up her floral skills in Australia and has been crafting bespoke bouquets and wedding florals ever since. She spends too much time scouring flower markets around the world and always has an eye out for new foliage to forage!
