Ever wonder how come you are still reactive to life’s conditions or feeling burnout and stuck under stressful situations sometimes even though you have your regular routine of physical workouts, wellness exercises and gone through many personal development courses?

Turns out that stress patterns affect our automatic nervous system which can only be worked on through deep profound release rather than consciously teaching our body to relax.

A process known as the Tension Release Exercises (TRE®) would help us activate an automatic response that evokes our body’s natural tremor mechanism towards resetting our body. With equilibrium comes your capacity to be at your best, be at your optimal health and in a flow of performance wherever you go.

This workshop aims to impart the process of TRE® safely and effectively.

Trained and certified TRE facilitator

It will help each participant to discover and activate their own tremor mechanism which they can eventually practice safely at home after the fourth session. As such, the group size is kept small for quality feedback, attention and a safe nurturing space.

Details of Workshop

Participants can choose to attend any one or more of the 4 sessions at a fee of $30 each session per pax. Or they can choose to sign up for a package of 4 sessions at a fee of $100 per pax.

Support

After the sessions in April, participants can continue their practice on their own or they can opt for a private coaching session with the facilitator (separate arrangement). They can also attend the next group intake sessions (more details can be found during the workshop).

Your trainer/facilitator

Pang is a Tension Release Exercise Provider and Ontological Coach of Humanity Abundantia. She has taught TRE® as a self-empowering practice for individuals and as a community service to help people maintain an optimal well-being in the face of stress, transitions and life's uncertainties. With 15 years of experience in the banking industry, she realised how fragile and easily burnout one can be in a corporate environment despite having years of skills, experience and strategies in her role. After going through a mid-life crisis, she started to discover resources through coaching and transformational modalities that helped her regain and enhance her well-being and personal growth. Since then, she strongly believe that even though there is a lot of things that are beyond one's control, she can be in full ownership of how she respond in her life wherever she goes.
