Why is flight not included in the retreat pricing?

This retreat is open to participants from all over the world, so it would be best for you to book your own flight to ensure you get a timing and airfare that suits yourself.

Question 2

Do I need to be familiar with mindfulness and meditation to join this retreat?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is required. Although the retreat programme is based on mindfulness and positive psychology practices, it will be presented in an easy to understand and relatable manner for everyone to learn and benefit their lives.

Question 3

Are meal times fixed and everyone has to eat together?

Accepted Answer

You can have your meals (included in the retreat pricing) at any time between the retreat activities. We respect that some participants may want to have their personal space during meal times so it is perfectly alright to dine in silence or mingle if you wish, at your own comfort level.

Question 4

What do we do in between the retreat activities, when there is a longer gap of time?

Accepted Answer

It's entirely up to you! You can enjoy the in-house spa (not included in retreat pricing), swim or relax by the pool, chill in your room or explore the vicinity. We did not want to cause fatigue by packing the schedule too tightly, this retreat is supposed to help you regain BALANCE.
