All exhibiting staff and company representatives are required to pre-register before the event to ensure all attendance is recorded. Please ONLY register staff who will be present at your Equinox booth.
Staff who will be at your booth for the duration of the event are to register as an Exhibitor. Other staff helping set up need not register.
On arrival, you must sign in with BCI staff, where we will check you in and provide you with your name tag.
You will be required to wear a name tag at all times whilst inside the venue. Please ensure all attending staff and contractors have been pre-registered via this Eventbrite page before attending.

Stay at home if unwell, or if you have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath. Maintain social distancing. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct physical distancing is met. If you become unwell during the event, immediately seek assistance by locating event officials (BCI staff).
