BE A STAR AFTER 50

If you or someone you know, regardless of background, whose ideas and efforts helped to transform society to improve health and well-being in older age, send in your stories, before 15 November 2022. We’re celebrating Stars after 50!

How to join?

1) Upload your photo(s) or video(s) to Facebook or Instagram that demonstrates - how you are Sporty / Tender-hearted / Ambitious or Radiant. You may send more than one entry.

2) Write a short caption on “Your real life STAR moments after 50” in not more than fifty (50) words. Video must not exceed one (1) minute. Submission posts must include the following hashtags: #BeAStarAfter50 #OptimumLivingMY #OptimumLivingAfter50 and #StarMediaGroup .

3) Set your profile public & submit your submission(s) to bit.ly/beastarafter50
