HR managers also need a solid plan to measure and assess skills retention. This workshop will provide the tools needed to build a case for ROI in your technology-enabled learning program. No prior experience in eLearning or digital ROI assessment is required.

About The Speaker
Louise is an experienced trainer, facilitator & coach in the area of Leadership Development. Her specialties include: communication, coaching, building relationships, feedback & performance reviews, mentoring, and presentation skills. She has more than 10 years strategic business experience in London, Sydney & Melbourne as an in-house Certified Management Accountant (ACMA) with experience in major growth & merging organisations.
Dr Woei Fuh is the General Manager for Consulting of Innovative Education Services Pte. Ltd. Prior to that, he worked in Thomson Reuters for 10 years involving in the business of Intellectual Properties & Science. His consultancy work focuses on three areas: blended learning pathways for professional development, research & innovation best practices in academics and entrepreneurship for technology start-up. He holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science & Technology from the University of Manchester, UK, and a MBA from University of Louisville, USA.
