About The Speaker
Elaine Low is the Communication Consultant of iGroup and Innovative Education Services. She provides social media marketing support to scientific publishers and information solution providers. She has 10 years experience in marketing and scientific communication to promote the usage of publications in academics and institutions. Elaine holds a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management from Griffith University, Australia.
Dr Woei Fuh is the General Manager for Consulting of Innovative Education Services Pte Ltd. Prior to that, he worked in Thomson Reuters for 10 years involving in the business of Intellectual Properties & Science. His consultancy work focuses on three areas: blended learning pathways for professional development, research & innovation best practices in academics and entrepreneurship for technology start-up. He holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science & Technology from the University of Manchester, UK, and a MBA from University of Louisville, USA.
