Couldn't get enough of Stand Up Paddling?? Here's another opportunity for you to enjoy the beauty of East Coast Park and have a good full body & core workout for entire one hour at our playground.

Grab your family members and friends along (at least 7 years & above). The more, the merrier!

Fees include:

• One SUP paddle board

• One paddle

• One life vest

• One safety leash

Please note that there will be no accompanied instructor and/or marshals for board rental.

Indemnity and Stand-Up Paddle Activity Agreement

By purchasing this ticket, I agree on the following terms and conditions:

▪ I declare that I am at least 7 years old and above.

> For 7- 11 years of age must be accompanied by parents.

▪ I understand and acknowledge that stand up paddle activities are dangerous and that there are inherent risks which may result in serious injury to myself. Additional, water/waves/ocean can act in a sudden and unpredictable (changeable) way.

▪ I declare that I can swim 50 meters (150 feet).

▪ I declare that I do not have medical or physical conditions that would affect my participation in the activity (e.g. please advise instructor of asthma, previous broken bones, dislocated joints, diabetes, allergic reactions, wear contact lenses/hearing aids, any disabilities, etc.)

▪ I agree not to drink alcohol or take prohibited drugs before or during stand up paddle activities.

▪ I understand that my signature to this document constitutes a complete and unconditional release of all liability of the proprietors of the School and its employees and agents to the greatest extent allowed by law in the event of me and/or the children under my care, suffering injury or death.

> I acknowledge that I am proficient in SUP and confident of paddling on my own.

> We will call you back to shore and reject your application if you do not meet the level of competency.

> Any major damage to the boards will be paid by you.

▪ I authorize the School to arrange medical or hospital treatment as necessary and I agree to pay for all associated costs.
