About the Programme/Event
As we embark on 2022, our new year resolutions often focus on healthier habits so that we can contribute more fully in our professional and social space.
What is often overlooked is how our health is affected by the kindness we receive and the kindness we give.
At our next book discussion, we’ll uncover groundbreaking research on how love, friendship and community can have greater impact on our health than we realize. For instance, chronic loneliness can be as unhealthy as smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. Through provocative storytelling and compelling research, this book provides a new model to take charge of your health.
Join us as we re-examine how wellness goals can be driven by more compassion and kindness in 2022 and beyond.
