Are you expecting and keen to breastfeed your baby? Are you nervous about your ability to breastfeed? Come to our workshop to learn what you can do to prepare yourself to breastfeed your baby. Whether it's your first baby or first time wanting to breastfeed, this workshop will help you be more mentally prepared to kickstart breastfeeding and tackle challenges for a smoother breastfeeding journey.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS
Hafizah Rafie is a DONA-certified doula and a trained breastfeeding counsellor under the Breastfeeding Mothers Support Group (BMSG) Singapore. A mother of two who is still breastfeeding, Hafizah is passionate about helping mummies with the birth of their babies and ensuring a smooth journey into breastfeeding. She is also an admin volunteer with the Breastfeeding Muslim Mothers Support Group (BMMSG). Hafizah has also given talks on breastfeeding and birth in the past.
Nabila Hanim is the co-founder of Blessed Ummi, a company that aspires to be the hub for pregnancy and breastfeeding knowledge for mummies. She is a mother of 3 and her personal experience with birth and breastfeeding drives her to spread awareness on these topics among expecting and first-time mothers in the community. She was a volunteer with the BMMSG for a few years and has been writing for Blessed Ummi on breastfeeding, birth and parenting since 2013.
