About the organizer
Movement & Sports Medicine Centre is a space for training, well-being and rehabilitation. It has three operational sections the Gym, the Yoga Studio and the Loft which totals 1700 square feet of self-discovery. The facility is a barefoot, no-mirrors, no-phone facility. In being so, everyone in the facility starts connecting in every sense, increasing the awareness of senses and the mechanoreceptors, pay less attention to looks and more attention to how they move. When you think less about the “outside” you can then start increasing the awareness of yourself as a whole.
