Breathing Practice and Meditation

About this Event

Join us for a secular (i.e. non-religious) session of breathing practice and meditation.

The intent of the facilitator and hence session is to enable participants to be more familiar with their minds, develop sustained inner joy and ultimately kindness towards each other.

Session comprises of calm abiding, contemplation and visualisation.

Participants will hopefully be able to be more familiar with their mind, manage own disturbing emotions such as anger, anxiety, fear whenever these arise as well as relieve tension and mental exhaustion.

Session could potentially extend to around an hour.

Please bring your own mat. For those who are unable to sit comfortably on mat, there might be chairs if available.

All are welcome; no prior experience required.
