Event description
Practising of religious tolerance with proper understanding and overcoming fundamentalism.

About this Event

In modern day, religious and spiritual practices can be great for a person's life. But religious fundamentalism - which refers to the belief in the absolute authority of a religious text of leaders - is almost never good for an individual. On the other hand, Buddhism encourages followers to practise religious tolerance with proper understanding. Not only that, the Buddha shows us how to face and overcome fundamentalism. It's mental state called "sanditthi-raga" "infatuation with the rightness of one's own view".
