About the Programme
Being dementia-friendly means that persons with dementia can continue living in their own homes and engaging in their usual routines within the community. This would require committed support from all segments of the community, from organisations right down to the individual. Join us to find out more about how we can create a robust dementia-friendly community to better support persons with dementia and their caregivers.
