Event description
Amazing 360 degree view at summit

About this Event

Bukit Kutu (1050m) located at the outskirt of Kuala Lumpur offers hikers a magnificent 360 degrees bird’s eye view of the Titiwangsa mountain range and Kuala Kubu Bharu dam at the summit.

It was once a British colonial hill station called Treachers’ Hill before being overtaken by neighboring Fraser’s Hill in popularity.

Bombed by the Japanese during World War Two, it was eventually reclaimed by the forest until even the old access road was lost in thick vegetation. What remains of its once populated days are a chimney, fireplace, well (that still collects water) and some ruins near the summit.

It is about 6km hike to the summit and it'll take about 4hrs for average hikers to reach the summit.
