Q: Can I buy the Student Price conference pass?

We offer a special price for students who are: 1) 21 years of age and below, and 2) Able to produce a valid student pass from secondary &/or tertiary educational institutions. Ticket holders who do not meet both criteria will have to pay normal ticket prices at the door.

When and where will the conference take place?

The conference will take place from 27-29 July 2023, at Pentecost Methodist Church in Singapore.

How can I register for the conference?

Accepted Answer

To register for the conference, please follow the instructions on Eventbrite. Note that ticket sales are only available on Eventbrite, or onsite at the venue during the conference. Please do not purchase your ticket from third parties or resellers.

Can I buy the Student Price conference pass?

Accepted Answer

What is a secondary or tertiary educational institution?

Accepted Answer

Such educational institutions are local secondary schools, junior colleges, polytechnics, universities, or high schools.

Question 5

I have a Full Conference Pass, but I qualify for Student Price. How?

Accepted Answer

We will be happy to refund you the difference in price. You can 1) write in to hello@burninghearts.com to request a refund, or 2) request it through Eventbrite. Please ensure you qualify for Student Price, or you will have to pay the Full Conference price at the venue.

Can I buy my ticket at the conference venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You will be able to purchase your ticket at the conference venue from 27 July, 5pm (SGT). We will be able to accept cash in local currency (Singapore Dollars). Please note that on-site purchases will not be eligible for early-bird price.

Is there an age restriction for attendees?

Accepted Answer

No, there is no specific age restriction for attendees. However, the conference content and environment are primarily designed for adults and young adults.

When do early bird prices end?

Accepted Answer

Early bird prices have ended on 15 July, 2359h.

Question 9

Can I refund my ticket if I am unable to attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, refunds should be made through Eventbrite only. Please note there will be an Eventbrite processing fee of ~$5 which will not be refunded to you.

Question 10

I can only attend for half a day, do I still buy the Full-Day pass?

Accepted Answer

Yes, entry to the conference venue will only be provided by the Full Day pass, for the specified date. The conference organisers will verify your ticket at the door, with your valid personal identification.

Will meals be provided during the conference?

Accepted Answer

Meals will not be provided during the conference.

Question 12

Will there be COVID-19 safety measures in place?

Accepted Answer

Mask-wearing is not mandatory for attendees. We are able to provide hand sanitizers and masks at the Registration counter upon request.

Will there be any live streaming or virtual attendance options for the conference?

Accepted Answer

The conference will not offer live streaming or virtual attendance options, and is intended for in-person attendance only.
