Singapore – a vibrant economy that is largely made up of our very own Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In line with Singapore’s bicentennial celebrations, our second Business Transformation Forum will focus on how our SMEs have thrived through the years. Ensuring business sustainability and relevance is a key to thriving in an economy where demands are ever-changing.

Through this forum, we will discuss the importance of succession planning within an organisation to ensure your brand’s legacy. At the same time, we will touch on how the next generation of leaders overcome hurdles when dealing with change management within an organisation.
