Novena: Mahjong Lessons To Sharpen Your Mind - Apr 2-May 21 (Tue) 8 sessions

Keep your mind sharp and active by learning how to play mahjong with instructor Alice Tan and other friends. Researchers have shown evidence that mahjong, which is considered to be cognitively demanding, can have long-term benefits for the mind.

Please note that all course registrations are NON-refundable. Transfer of selected mindfulness courses is subject to a $30 transfer fee and a $10 admin fee for a mindfulness make-up class. There are NO transfers or make-up classes available for all other courses.
