About this event
Have you always wanted to care for others on your train journey but do not know how to do so? Get started by joining us in this hour-long interactive training camp as we teach you simple steps on showing care to vulnerable groups of commuters such as person with disabilities and the visually impaired commuters. Do your part in creating a caring commuter culture in Singapore today.

What’s the age limit for the workshops?
The Caring Hero Training Camp is designed for participants aged 7 to 9. Please note that registration may be unsuccessful in the event the participant does not meet the age requirements as we do not wish to compromise the learning experience for our participants.
Is my registration transferable if I am unable to make it?
You may request to transfer your registration at least 24-hours before the workshop. Please submit your request to sgmobilitygallery@lta.gov.sg.
What do I need to prepare before the workshop?
You will need to download the Zoom App - A video conferencing application on your device that you will use to attend the workshop. You are strongly encouraged to use a computer to attend this workshop as the app has limited features and functions on other devices which will affect the overall learning experience.
Is there a tutorial on how to set up my Zoom App?
We will provide a guide on how to set-up Zoom App for iOS/Android/Windows users.
Where can I find the Meeting ID and Password in the Zoom App?
The Meeting ID and Password will be emailed to you one (1) day before the start of the workshop.
Is Zoom Video Conference secure?
All our Zoom online workshops are password-protected. A random ID for each session will be generated.
Before the start of the workshops, all participants must sign in and will be authenticated at the waiting room before we admit them into the main room.
