Accreditation

CPD points: 10 CPD Points (For FSM)

SDU points:  3 SDU Points (For WSHO)

PDU points:  PDU Points to be confirmed(for PE)

Pre-requisites for FSM:

1. Participants who are FSM must be registered in the e-FSM Portal and had furnished his or her correct FSM Registration Number

2. Participants who are FSM must turn on their video camera on their electronic devices at all times during Webinar. Participants will be deemed absent for the webinar if the system is unable to detect their presence at the screen at any point in time. Please note that A-CERTS will be video-recording the participant’s on-screen in entire duration of event.

3. Participants who are FSM must stay throughout the entire duration of the Webinar.

4. After the Webinar, participants who are FSM will need to complete and to pass an online quiz, before the submission deadline given. Details for the online quiz will be given at a later date.

What Will You Get Upon Completion?

A Certificate of Attendance will be in soft copy upon request.

Terms and Conditions

- Payment in full by PayPal is required during the online registration before the registration process is completed. Note that event confirmation is only confirmed with full payment.  

- Registration is on First-Come-First-Served basis. We regret to inform that reservation of seats will not be entertained.

- Email confirmation generated by Eventbrite and PayPal receipts will be official.

- A-CERTS reserves the right to make any changes to the course or postpone or cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances. 

- By participating in the above programme, you certify that the information provided is correct. You will not hold the organiser responsbile for any mishap occur during my participation.

 - By attending this event, you agree to be photographed (if photos are taken by organiser). You hereby grant the organiser a royalty-free right to use photos and information in media press and materials and marketing materials connected to the event.

 - Information provided will be treated with confidentiality and is collected for the purposes to be submitted to the governing bodies, third party service providers, agents and other organisations for, and if applies:

 a) accreditation of CPD, SDU and PEB points,

b) for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods and/or services requested by you.

How much is the seminar fees?

Public Rate of S$40.00 (all inclusive) for registration via Eventbrite.

Is my registration transferrable?

No, your registration cannot be transferred.

How do I pay for the training?

We accept payment by PayPal only.

During the online registration process with A-CERTS partnered registration system, Eventbrite, enter the participant's particulars, click on PayPal to make payment and you will be directed to PayPal website. Login to your PayPal account (optional) and confirm your payment. You may also make payment without a PayPal account. After confirming your payment on PayPal, you will be returned to Eventbrite.

The name on the registration doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
