Chair Kundalini Yoga

This is an adapted form of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan that will allow you to use a chair to make some poses more accessible. The yoga includes pranayama, movement, meditation and deep relaxation. Because Kundalini focuses on the spine & upper body and doesn't require flexibility, it is perfectly suitable for newcomers to yoga who are in the second half of their lives, people with limited mobility and even those who find it difficult to sit cross-legged on the floor. This is an uplifting, transformative type of yoga that offers tools to enhance vitality for people from all walks of life.

Class duration: 60 min
Day/time: Tuesdays 11.00-12.00

Investment: First class FREE (for first-timers to Shuniya yoga). To continue: £12 per class or £45 for the next 5 weeks.
