The Full Programme: Developing Holistic Change-Makers (DHCM) 2.0

We live in interesting times, in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA). To thrive in this increasingly unpredictable and rapidly changing environment, in these highly disruptive times, calls for a fundamentally different kind of leadership—leaders as change-makers who are adept at leading agile transformation. Recent research by McKinsey confirms that leadership and how leadership shapes culture are the biggest barriers to—and the biggest enablers of—successful agile transformations that is critical for modern enterprises to succeed in an external environment that is constantly changing. Traditional leadership skills are no longer sufficient; leaders need new sets of capabilities for agile transformations. First, they must transform themselves to evolve new personal mind-sets and behaviors. Second, they need to transform their teams to work in new ways. Third, it’s essential to build the capabilities to transform the organization by building agility into the design and culture of the whole enterprise.

DHCM 2.0 is a program for leaders, entrepreneurs, social innovators and change-makers—anyone who wish to embark on a journey of change, for themselves and for their organizations:

  1. Develop new mindsets and capabilities to transform self, team, and the organization;

  2. Be the change you want to see—change-making starts within—from the inside out;

  3. Start by getting the inside right—when you get the inside right, the outside will fall in place;

  4. Get to know yourself—deeply and fully—finding your inner voice—master and harness your inner resource;

  5. Develop mindful self-awareness, being heart-centred and authentic in your pursuit—building inner agility, inspiration and intuition;

  6. Design your highest purpose to focus your energy and attract resources and success to serve your greatest good for the most impact—unlocking your deep human potential;

  7. Embark on a journey of inner works and transformation—when inner transformation is complete, outer transformation of the world is in sight.
