Chimichanga made its debut in 2016 in Little India, offering a unique blend of Mexican flavours tailored to the Singaporean palate, which we fondly call "Sing-Mex." Since then, our family has grown to include our sister brand, Chimi's, and Chimichanga branches in Holland Village and Paya Lebar Quarter and most recently, VivoCity. At each location, a world of flavours await—whether you crave classic burritos, tacos, quesadillas, or have a taste for the extravagant like our Angus Ribeye and lamb cutlets. For a coastal twist, try Chimichanga VivoCity's seafood offerings, inspired by Mexico’s Pacific Coast. Complement your meal with handcrafted cocktails, including Margaritas, or opt for our refreshing Neon Donkey craft beer and you've got the perfect meal for any day of the week.

Chimichanga’s newly designed Coffee Workshop is structured for coffee enthusiasts to explore the origin of coffee beans and various techniques, to produce the perfect cup of coffee. You will be exposed to a comprehensive hands-on overview of the synchronicity of the hand technique in brewing and the coffee’s roasting profile, and its influence to the final cup’s tasting profile. Class Fees: $100/paxDuration: 2 hoursTime: 3pm-5pm The Coffee Workshop covers: - Introduction to Coffee Beans- Introduction to hand-pouring with filter coffee and French Press- Industry standard hand technique in brewing; using the right coffee profile and the right grind sizeThe Workshop will also include:- A gift bag of 150grams coffee beans for you to take home- A serving of Churros to enjoy at the end of the classANDa *BONUS* feature: Introduction to making cold brew at homeThe class requires a minimum of 2 pax, this is to ensure that you get your money’s worth with near undivided attention from our barista.You will need to be fully vaccinated in order to attend this workshop.A person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after the 2nd shot of the Pfizer-BioNTech/ Comirnaty, Moderna, Sinovac, Sinopharm and AstraZeneca vaccines. Proof of completed vaccination is required through TraceTogether/HealthHub app or physical vaccination record.
