Description

CollabX Asia is our annual flagship conference series. Experts from the field and academia will be invited to share their views on new trends and technologies that are shaking up their specialist industries, and their transnational implications.

This series of talks is open to the public, alumni and current PSB Academy students, and aims to expose them to the future of the jobs they are headed for, and focus on key skills and talents they will need to hone as they develop their careers here and in the region.

Presentations and Speakers:

The Future of Jobs and Diversity in Global Business

Diversity of thought and of people will be more vital than ever to consider different perspectives and exploring challenges from every angle.

Gender quotas continue to play an important role in many countries. Diversity of course goes beyond gender. Race, sexual orientation, age, class, religion, ability, and many other factors must also be considered.

The talent pool has never been more diverse and organisations are faced with unique challenges in attracting and retaining talent.

The presentation will discuss these challenges and how addressing these challenges can bring about positive changes for businesses globally.

Women Leadership in the Fourth Industrial Revolution

The fourth Industrial revolution could be a Revolution for women paving way for more Women Leaders around the world. The issues women are dealing with, from sexual harassment to unfair pay, contribute to this fractured world.

Even then, worldwide, women generally have more degrees than men. They have more post-graduate degrees than men, more PhDs than men, and more law degrees than men. They are well educated and this leads to opportunities for women to create new career paths and differentiate themselves.

See how the Fourth Industrial Revolution can change Women Leadership, and how this can improve business and economies globally.
