About the Programme/Event
Colours of the Mind is an interactive parent-child programme on mental well-being that includes fun, educational hands-on activities suitable for children aged 3 to 6 years old.
Parents and children will get to learn more about managing emotions, delivered through a storyline with character Cora and accompanied with hands-on activities to encourage family bonding and the adoption of healthy habits.
Please note the following:
- Only parent/caregiver have to be registered for this programme.
- Registration is required. Each ticket is for one participant. Please register one ticket each for you and your child.
- Parents are encouraged to accompany their child during the session.
- Please arrive 10 mins prior to the start of the programme to buffer time for check in measures. Latecomers (those who failed to arrive 10 mins earlier) will not be allowed entry and the seats will be released to those who have registered for the waitlist tickets.
