Description

Hi Friends,

Trade wars have been dominating the headlines for a while now.

We ended August with a bloodbath with STI dropping as much as 9.5%.

Tariffs started to kick in on 1st September and just as market started to lose hope, Donald Trump announced that trade talks will happen in October which gave confidence to the markets. Adding to that piece of good news, Carrie Lam withdrew the extradition bill which also brought cheers to the markets.

If a trader is not fast and flexible to react then he might not be able to capitalize on these opportunities.

The start of September was good for equities as we managed to catch the rebound in some bank and property stocks. Will this rebound continue and if it doesn’t are you able to switch side?

Using CFDs, this allows a trader to go long or short in the market. Being able to react to the volatile conditions in a timely manner is crucial to remain above water.

CFD allows for both Longing and Shorting in an easy and efficient manner which is vital to success in todays’ volatile market. Knowing how to Long and SHORT would put a trader in an advantageous situation as he or she can trade in both directions. Hence it is of utmost importance to equip oneself with the knowledge and tool for shorting to hedge and manage market volatility while also making use of leverage effectively to long and capitalise on the market bounce as well.

As CFD involves leverage which can be a double edge sword, it is very important that you are well educated on how to make use of Leverage and CFD.

In addition, we will show you how we use moving averages to check for the trend, when to use the simple moving average and when to use the exponential moving average and how this simple indicator can save you from common pitfalls.

In this two hour workshop held by our award winning Team of Top Trading Representatives
