Cooking Class - Easy and Healthy Vietnamese by Stephanie

Vietnamese cuisine is popular for its freshness, richness in flavour and also for being chockful of nutrients. It is the perfect food to kickstart a healthy lifestyle, and in this class, you will learn how to recreate some of the most well known Vietnamese dishes: Beef pho and Spring rolls.
The class will be mixture of demo and hands on sections.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
Stephanie has taught Authentic Vietnamese cuisine cooking for years in the expatriate community in Kuala Lumpur. She teaches easy cooking methods using a flexible choice of different ingredients.
Through her classes, she hopes to share not only her passion with helpful cooking tips but also her own Vietnamese culture through her cooking classes.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:
- The maximum class size is 8 persons, and to run the class, at least 4 persons are needed.
-In the event a participant is absent, no make-ups will be conducted – fees are no refundable.
-In the event thay the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. We will inform you 72h before by email & will refund you.
