Description

Event Overview:

We are currently living in an age of ongoing disruption and uncertainty. Economic volatility, geopolitical uncertainty and security risks (in both the real estate virtual world) characterize today’s operating environment. Meanwhile, changes to the workforce and technological evolution are rapidly transforming the workplace. All these have a huge impact on the future of real estate and the pace of change is accelerating. JLL’s Future of Work model, co-created with clients around the world provides a framework for occupiers and investors to navigate through this uncertain future. This seminar will explore the model and deep dive on one of the dimensions of the Future of Work: How creating an authentic and truly ‘human’ experience in the workplace, through engagement, empowerment and fulfilment, is a key differentiator for how people engage with organizations.

About the Speaker:

Susan Sutherland is head of research at JLL, where she oversees global and regional research projects around trends and themes in corporate real estate. Prior to JLL, Susie worked for over 8 years for McKinsey and Company in the US and UK, latterly as a research specialist for the infrastructure and real estate practice, working with clients around the world. She holds a BA in economics from Wellesley College (USA) and an MS from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (USA).
