It is never late until your baby is born. Private classes are available. Although best time to start is between 20 weeks to 32 weeks

Is HypnoBirthing about no epidural at all

HypnoBirthing is a mind-over-body approach to childbirth education. Not only you will learn to tap into your own natural painkiller your brain produces, and other methods where your partner can support you. It is your choice to take an epidural. We will help you understand your option better

What can my husband do?

Your husband will learn various ways to support you in labour. Bring you closer together.
