This data science brown bag session is focused on the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) domain from data collection, to data mining, to storytelling. HCI is a cross-disciplinary area drawing on the expertise of computer scientists, software engineers, psychologists, interactive designers, graphic designers, sociologists, and anthropologists to design, implement, and evaluate ways that humans use and interact with computing devices. A renowned ACM HCI researcher will be the speaker for the session.
